I went to try one of these and really wanted to like it, but decided against getting one. Sound just didn't wow me like playing the big amps through the torpedo live, which IMO is the better solution for cutting back on volume.

This is also a space saving solution.

I'm going from a 4 bed house with converted attic & cellar to a 10x10 room so space is a premium.

At the end of the day, it is about making music. Regardless of approach, just keep creating and moving forward. Healthy debates and discussions are great, but I would rather hear a good song with ANY tone, than the song or album that never gets done because of all this fiddle faddle getting in the way. :)

This too. Back when I had a pod I was really on top of the writing and recording.

Hopefully this will get me back to that as I wont have to worry about tones until far later.
