Nice looking guitar - interesting about the Orange and pedals.  Not like a Matamp then!
So many pickups, so little time

The butchery has begun. Not BKPs as I was after something specific, but you get the idea. I've altered the wiring to do parallel/split/series on each of the switches too.

Toying with fitting a Toronado bridge next...

That's a good idea.  I've always thought the conventional hardtail bridge on this model looks a bit odd, given the shape of the scratchplate.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

Oooooooh, shiny. That looks really nice! It looks much better without the wide range style HB covers.

I think the Toronado bridge sounds like a good idea too - something doesn't look quite right about the current one.

Found a pic of one with a Toronado on, It must be done.

Dirt cheap too in the States. I wonder if I can think of someone over there who could pick one up for me... *rubs chin*

One of my favourite Fender colours. Are you going to refinish yours to match?

Nah, I prefer CAR to LPB.

Liking the mods very much and agree that the bridge swap will help a lot too. Were it me, I'd swap out the knobs too for something a bit more hot-roddy.

Looking very cool though. Oh, and nice duvet. Minimal.

Knobbage will likely be swapped also, requires Bakelite or something like that. But definitely want to swap out the bridge. Looks so much better with the Toronado than the Strat hard tail.
