Do you need a bridge, neck or both?

Cheers Stephan

Mate I think as per your last post not that many people on the board (If any?) have experience of using BOTH the black hawks and the juggernauts so you might struggle.

I for one would love to know how they compare and have been tempted by the juggernauts for quite some time now.

I know Misha said he wanted a combination of the aftermath and the alnico black hawk.  The tightness of the aftermath and the 'purr' of the alnico black hawk without being as compressed.

For me the black hawks will do the job but will the juggs be 'better'?

I am having the cermaic pair installed today. I will try to post a video this week. If the black hawks don't fit well, then I will trade it in for a Juggernaut or Warpig.

Installed the Black hawk today and it was a tad too bright on the high end for my guitar. The bolt on and stainless steel tremolo are already snappy as it is. So I took my guitar techs advice and swapped it for The Mule. WOW. This pick up blew us away. Its hot and punchy with really nice clarity. For a vintage style pick up, it really can hang with the contemporary line-no problem. I was expecting to install a juggernaut but Im sticking with the Mule.

I will not be getting rid of the black hawk though. I am going to install it in my all mahogany Parker that has a very warm sound naturally. I feel it will benefit from the Ceramic Black Hawk added treble response and will add to the low end just right.

My alnico Warpig is staying in my Charvel. Its a perfect fit.

I will post my review sometime next week on the Vigier with the Mule and my Parker with the Ceramic Black Hawk.
