Its good to know the outcome but sad that you had to sell the guitar. I still have mine it it's stock configuration but due to various reasons, I've still not done anything about modifying mine. I don't take it out gigging much due to many venues having small stages- I am scared of taking a chunk out of the headstock on a cymbal perhaps during a frenzy of excitement. But the few gigs I have used it, I have enjoyed the contrast with my usual Fender shenanigans.
