It seems to me that the seymour Duncan custom sh 5
Is one of they most agressive pickups, right? i like it, if the nailbom is Similar i would like it also, the problem with the custom, is that doesnt have a lot of bottom end and tightness on this guitar.

If the nailbom has the same agression, but more bottom end i Will like it for sure.

yes, the sh-5 is quite aggressive and compressed

the ceramic nailbomb has a somewhat similar voicing, but it's punchier and a lot clearer

if you still feel that it's still lacking low end, get it closer to strings (which is impossible with the sh-5, as it gets very muddy quickly)

I'd still take the miracle man for a slightly bigger bass, better clarity and harmonics
the nailbomb sounds a little more aggressive, though

well, I don't know if I'd sign off on that other pickup being "one of the most aggressive".  more than a vintage PAF-type voice?  sure.  but there are many far more aggressive ones out there.

mine is an alnico Nailbomb set.  it's a little more aggressive than the RY.  it's also got a smidge more heft to it, which fills out that brighter guitar I was talking about.

I should let people with experience with the ceramic Nailbomb comment on that version.

I ordened the humbucker sugested from the boss, im looking forward to post the results soon.

The ebony board will certainly contribute some brightness but so too the bolt on neck and 25.5" scale length. The SH5 is ceramic powered and will sound bright too so an alnico powered humbucker like the Holydiver will definitely add more depth and also some punch in the mids.
