There were times I had 20 guitars. I always took three guitars to a gig, every time the same trio. They took a lot of space, not to speak about the cases. I shrunk the collection to six, including two acoustics.  Two of the electrics always go on stage. They do the job and they're enough for me at the moment. With those two I know exactly how to dial in my amps.

I will only buy another guitar when I'm sure I will gig with it. That's how I'm in it now. Tomorrow can be a different case.  :wink:

It depends on three variables, your income, the size of your flat/house and the tolerance of the wife to GAS
