Im just wondering how good the Warpig is at soloing. Ive heard that a Miracle Man has the "ultimate" lead sound, but how is the Warpig?? How does it respond to upper fretting and alternate picking? Is it similar to the Nailbomb or a bit more bassy?

The Nailbomb is to my ears, superb for soloing (a la megadeth). But am i missing something that either the dubble M`s or the pig has to offer?

To my ears:

Nailbomb will give you a very articulate lead sound.

Miracle Man will give you more chunk, more grind.

Warpig is a superbly well-balanced pup, actually, with a lot of dynamic expression and will just mow you down with a lot of gain.

I like the Miracle Man best of the 3. Hope you find that helpful.

If you like fast articulate and precise reproduction of picking and legato, go for the Miracle Man. The Warpig is king of chug, but for leads I'd go to the Miracle man as TO said.

+1, our band did some recordings recently and the lead tone was out of this world, superbly articulate.

Thanks guys, ill go for the Miracle Man next time. Bought the Nailbomb about a month ago, it has altered my sound so much that I cant recognize my old tone.

And of course, my sound has only been changed to the better.
