Dilemma - Which guitar?

I've got a bit of a dilemma here;

I bought a set of Nail Bombs in brushed nickel to go in the ESP Eclipse shown below but they sound better in the Fender Tele HH. Do you think the Tele is too "nice" to have the Nail Bombs in it or should I just go with the combination that sounds the best?

Unfortunately they are both "best" in different ways; the Eclipse plays the best but the Tele sounds the best.

not a tele fan, but if they sound best in that guitar, then leave them there
