Or, alternatively, if you have separate neck and bridge tone pots you could disconnect the bridge one.  That will add high end.  Tony Iommi has disconnected his bridge tone pots.  It works almost like doubling the value of your volume pot

That happened to me to. An ass wired reverse a pair of Black Winters I paid him to install. The moral in the story is that you have to learn to make it yourself to be sure.

Just a quick thought - did you ask for the magnet to be reversed in the neck pickup? If you have an Ibanez 5-way selector, you need to "flip" the neck magnet otherwise the pickups will cancel each other out when both are selected.
