and rob... i dont get it- you said water above ground... but water can never be above ground cause it has to sit on something... i.e- THE GROUND!!!!!! ?????

the ground.....


but yes marks right... you could have water above ground if it was suspended in something... i.e a glass.... but then the glass has to be standing on something, which in turn has to be standing on something else.... e.tc e.t.c. and it all leads back to the ground

but beatle the tree is in turn connected to the ground.... although i spose the water could still be described as above ground....

i think marks plane idea is the best option...

although what is the definition of 'ground'? because up in the air in a plane, the floor could be describde as the 'ground'..... ?

theres gotta be a link here between this and the grounding in guitar electronics but i just cant think of it...

Yeah, kinda different TO, however, bit costly.

Sambo, maybe a clear piece of plastic hose, normal cable (with an intentional "short") and some firefly's. Put the cable in the hose, fill with firefly's, then when ya play the short shocks the flys and they glow  :twisted:

Oh, and as for the ground/water FARCE.

What about a THUNDER CLOUD. Which is therefore FULL of precipitation (i.e. water) and FLOATS in the air! PHOOEY! :P

I was going to suggest filling a clear plastic tube with Gin & tonic then you could get a friend to flash a UV lamp at it in time with your playing.

Once you get bored with that you can drink it :)
