For bridge: WP and Jugg in bolt on guitars. NB alnico and RY in neck through construction
For neck: WP neck, Cold sweat neck, Polymath neck, aftermath neck and Mule neck. They can all shred and clean up extremely well.

Don't like: Holy diver bridge(not enough push and too much low mids that are loose and RY neck(extremely weak. Only good for clean)
Amp-EVH 5150 III 50 watt, 2x12 cab with V30's, Creamback M and Hellatone 30, EP booster through FX loop
Guitars-McNaught, Vigier
Picks-Bronze, Stainless, Brass, Hufschmid

This is a tough one as the guitar in which the pickup is in matters a LOT. With a good guitar/pickup match, the sound is like heaven. With a less good match, the sound is .... less good.

My current favorite is the True Grit bridge.

Cheers Stephan

I fully agree that the context of a guitar and setup play a pivotal role in how well any pickup performs.  But personally I love the Stormy Monday bridge.  Recently I had to change the neck on my main guitar to a thinner one and started using lighter strings as well because of some lovely tendonitis robbing my fretting hand of strength.  When the dust settled the Stormy Monday was the winner.  Beautiful dymanics and control, super sweet and honest.

My favourites at the moment are the Impulse and alnico Black Hawk, but I still love my Stockholm for punk riffing.

I am also enjoying the Cobra-T and Miracle Man, and I still like the alnico War Pig a lot in an SG.

I haven't played the True Grit enough and the court is still out on the ceramic Black Hawk.  A bit too full-on in the highs

I like the Cold Sweat bridge but I am keen to sell it as I don't like it as much as the Miracle Man and I don't have a suitable guitar for it

The alnico Nailbomb was okay in my old Explorer but I didn't like it in my SG (the one that now has the MM).

I'm torn between Juggs and Cpigs for my favourite

I hated the Cbomb with a passion in a specific guitar I owned.

I think so much of this is application specific

Besides the Boot Camp range Bare Knuckle pickup models tend to be pretty niche.  If you like a pickup it's generally the case that you picked the right pickup for your specific guitar and playing style; if you don't then generally you haven't ...  There are no bad pickups in the range, they are just not in the right guitar / hands

Sums it up nicely. But ok, personal taste: Mules in mahogany based guitars. Irish Tours, Mother's Milk and Pat Pend 63 are my cup of tea as well. Blackguards for tele if you want that fifties tone. I would like to try the Bootcamp Old Guard and True Grit, just do not have a guitar for it right now.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.
