Erm... this is a guitar forum, not a god damn chavs forum!

No need to be stereotypical... Cmon admit that some of us have different tastes and opinions from you.

Plus 90% of chavs just listen to fiddy cent, tupac and whatever else comes on the radio. Ask them about public enemy or Wu Tang and they will stare blankly (or blanker) at you.

I think for a PC it's ALT-PrntScrn or CTL-PrntScrn.  Then paste the file into a graphics program--even Paint--and save it as a JPEG file.

Been a while since I used a PC much though.

just PrtSc  will suffice

alt-print screen will capture the active window only, but not any menus open at the time :)

How do you print your desktop like that anyway?

I think you can press the button 'Print Screen', then ctrl+v (paste) in a graphics application. :D

Cheers Willo!

I took that moon photo with my Canon EOS 1ds and a 600mm lens with a 2x converter after the pub last year when the moon was closest to the earth. It's also my avatar!

Too many icons as well!

Done it properly now! Thanks Mark!!

No paint shop pro 9 but i wacked up the compression myself as it kept exceeding the 80k limit. Do you all have an 80k limit?

PSP is a great little program.  Much better value than Photoshop, which i use.  ;)

Hey, Johnny, if you want, I'll host your desktop image for you till the thread sinks out of sight.  Shame that such a nice pic has to look so compressed.  PM me your email addy if you want me to do it and I'll get back to you.

yeah i spose for the money it is pretty good, but for my job i get any graphics suite free (company pays :D) so i'm always avoiding Paint and PSP and i automatically shy away from using it unless i absolutely have to

Good choice with Photoshop btw, great program, especially for applying effects
