heres what i think as far as the Dime series go's:

China:

Stock Dean pickups
Some sort of composite\cheap mahogany alike wood
Not that nice rosewood fingerboard
No real fancy graphics
Hard tail

Korean:

Licensed floyd trem
Seymour Duncan Dimebucker bridge
Stock Dean neck
'Real' Mahogany
Graphics
Nicer rosewood fingerboard
binding

USA:

Handmade
SD Dimebucker & SD 59 pickups
Floyd trem
Actual painted on graphics
Top range woods all round
Binding
Case

Dean are fantastic...very good value for money, unless you go all USA Dimebag which is £3000 ish!!!!!

The non dime guitars are probably better value, you get really sweet flame tops and paint options\neck throughs
