What are Miracle man pickups like in alder bodies super strats? In relation  to mahogany Les paul style guitars which they seem to excell in...

I would guess brighter.     Because the of the Alder(most likely wood), and the bolt-on necks like to suck up some bass too.

They are brighter but the MMs have a lot of low mid which compensates adn actually sounds very balanced-very much a '80s hotrodded super strat tone.

i've got MM in my Ibanez RT which has an alder body and they sound killer. :twisted:
