haha same for me, I put my own songs on my Soundclick page but I never get anyone contact me to tell me that its the future :lol:

RATM - Battle Of LA (why did it take me SO long to buy this awesome album?)
Lamb Of God - New American Gospel (just awesome)
The Abominable Iron Sloth - debut album (doom metal in all it's glory)

I've bought so many CD's this year that i can't even remember what i've bought.

Andy Timmons - Resolution (great album, incredibly melodic)

Shadows Fall - Fallout From The War

Eric Johnson - Ah Via Musicom (i just got this through the post this morning and i'm already love it, one of only a handful of guitarists i consider amazing)

heh yeah but i only bought them in like Jan of this year ;)

Id also like to add that the X Japan stuff is brilliant...already had a couple of the DVDs but they are amaziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing.

Glam power j-rock pop soft rock never sounded so good :D

I just downloaded a few tracks from that new Firewind album - great cheesy powermetal! With songs like Beware the Beast, and I Am the Anger, you know its gotta be good :lol: Might actually buy this album sometime. Really nice guitar tone as well.

New album is great, hell even TG said it was 'awesome' and have interviewed Gus G before now (the guitarist)

Celtic Frost: Montheist - A long awaited return to form...
Atavist: Atavist - Mancunian mayhem, slooooooowwwwwww...
The Abominable Iron Sloth: The Abominable Iron Sloth - Incredibly groov-some sludge...
The River: Drawing Down the Sun - Great band from Londinium, more slow doom with female vocals...
Kate Rusby: The Girl Who Couldn't Fly - Acoustic folk from South Yorks, awesome voice...
Keane: Under the Iron Sea - Say what you like about Keane, they can't half write some great songs...

Eagerly awaited: Voivod: Katorz - The final final album from an absolutely killer band after loosing Piggy (guitar) to Cancer earlier this year. The total INNOVATORS of technical metal. RIP Piggy... :(
