I'm doing the same on my hobby jobby I'm making, though I have mahogany in there too for decoration. :D Dont like the BC Rick style headstock, or the fact he hasnt glued an angled headstock, but what ever floats your boat. I've got a loverly bit of mahogany for the headstock of mine, and enough for the body end of the neck too. :P I also bought some iroko and maple for the fretboard but havent decided which to use... and then I also have cherry I could use as well, lol! Decisions, eh, must be worse if you're paying someone else to do it

This guitar is the first that isnīt with maple body, it got alder. Itīs my first with Bare Knuckle Picks Ups and not EMG 81/81. itīs my first with Kahler 2320, had one with 2315 before (BC Rich KKV). I think this on will turn out really nice. He knows what heīs doing.

Hum, i need to ask thatHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHhow much did he cost? i mean, you jyst need to say if itīs considerably cheap or Expensive.Q:pIīm PLanning to build my 666 model for years.it will be A STRAT, WITH A FLOYD ROSE, OF COURSE. haahahahah
am i the only person who thinks those are ever so slightly unnecessary???or am i jus the only person who doesn't use the higher frets in their work??
TO ME, a 22 baritone scale is enough.but i also enjoy some dive bombs in a 24 frets scale.

Metallica were alright, but I prefered them from the black album onwards. 8) Yeah it does look like he knows his business, good luck to the both of ya, I envy you. :D

Iīm a metalhead! The reason for fret 25 is Iīm able to reach fret 20-24 easier. Fret 25 is placed were fret 24 should be. Thatīs one of 2 reasons. The other is... why not? 8)

The 24th fret is obviously where the 24th fret should be or else your guitar won't work  As I stated a few posts back, if the scale length is the same then the number of frets has no effect whatsoever on fret access. The extra fret extends over the body, it doesn't somehow push the neck forwards.
