I would say calibrated Nailbomb or Miracle Man set or EITHER of those two in the bridge with a Cold Sweat in the neck if like a nice, fluid distorted tone in the neck for sweeps and that smooth Petrucci-esque lead tone. I have a Miracle Man/Cold Sweat set in my Mahogany ESP/LTD MH-301...sounds excellent- power of EMGs and with much better cleans, added bass and less "ice picky"! On the other hand...you could go for the Nailbombs. They are also excellent (especially in a basswood guitar) and have a more organic feel. Never fear...just because they aren't as high output doesn't mean that they can't lower the boom for some heaviness...Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with either Miracle Men or Nailbombs in a basswood guitar- that wood being fairly balanced and neutral in tone...not highly middy, bassy, or bright. It depends on what you're really looking to be playing with it...For speed and thrash metal...go for Miracle Men. For a more "shred" oriented style that calls for less output and great, and balanced tone you should go with an alnico pickup like the Nailbomb. I hope this helped.
