haven't been in banbridge lately, but probably something to do with all the unconcious sixteen year olds littering the pavement on a saturday night! :lol:

does sound a it bizarre though, "you can only drink if you can prove you are a widely travelled and experienced individual.  we will require proof that you have been to at least four countries, a c.v., and a report from your doctor declaring that you are not likely to become an alcoholic".
