So many guitars, So hard to choose - Help me (please :) )

Yeah, GS would be good - but more expensive (direct from them at least, not looked very hard yet) than other options...Everytime I go back to that guitarjapan site I fall in love with the Edwards all over again though, maybe I should just make the effort and go for that.

There's a lot of thinking to be done, but I have the time to do it - which of the suggested pickups would go best in each of the guitars then do we reckon?

I'm liking the Idea of warpigs in the Edwards, or Rebels in the Cort...

You could consider the Squire Esprit, it's inexpensive and plays well and is definately a 'forgotten' model.

I know the headstock looks like it's got a big nose, but theyre pretty nice to play.

It's that prominent lower horn that bugs me. It's kinda OK on a 335, but on a solid it just looks wrong.

+1 - That's the first thing I saw when I looked at the picture (on the fender site)

Same reason I don't like the GS on the previous page...

Just thought this might appeal as it already has Warpigs and is good value as such

Good luck in the new guitar hunt

I thought that there was a place elsewhere on this forum for blatantly flogging gear!!

Everyone knows how I feel towards Edwards ;)

Gordon Smith are top guitars, but on my list of criminally underated guitar brands are; Yamaha, Godin and other Japanese copies (Tokai, Burny etc)
