A bit vague, but about how much should a set up cost (changing three pickups and strings)...?

Thank you

30€ / 20£ considering the skills and time required. Guitar electronics isn't really rocket science. At least, that's how much I would charge.

Um for setups I pay $40 and for a dual humbucker change its $40, so in the end its $80 usd.

Setups include string change, intonation, neck adjustment, body cleaning, whole fret board cleaning/oiling and pickup height adjustment.

I pay £40 for a setup, so I reckon double that is reasonable for a pup change too.

Pup changes are easy.  Why not do that yourself first, then get it setup afterwards?

Pickup change would take about an hour on the bench - so about £40
May be longer for a strat than another type of guitar as the scratchplate can make life fiddly.
If buying the pickups from the tech then usually a bit of a better deal may be struck

Does it want a set-up or just a restring at the same time as the pickups changed?

Restringing maybe about £10 plus strings (takes about 15 mins+)
Setup as described by others would be about £40 pluse strings (takes about an hour)

Sorry to hijack, but Feline:

What would it cost if I wanted you to rewire one of my guitars?

I changed the pickups to BKPs myself, and made a bit of a cr@p job of it. This is only compounded by the fact that I ran out of wire halfway through, and cut up some old headphones and used that

Ok - will all depend on how long it takes to do
I'd estimate at about an hour (£40) but it could be quicker

We'd probably go through and just replace the wiring to be 100% sure
What guitr is it James?

The one in my avatar - Fender Standard Strat...

It would be a while before I got anything done about it, as it's fine apart from crackles at high gain...But at some point I'd like to get it a proper set up and fret dress as well, so I'd probably get it all done at once (sometime in the new year I think) - You'll be first on my list when I have the cash though Mr Jon :drink:
