A certain guitar company wanted them to change it.
Was it G****n objecting to the V shape or D**n objecting to the Schenker connection? I suppose the former, given the fact it's the
shape Duesenberg have changed.
In which case, why haven't they moved in on everyone else who makes a V shaped guitar? It's weird how they're so selective with their lawsuits - there are loads of guitars much more LP-like than the PRS Singlecut, but I suppose PRS represented a real threat to G****n sales. Which can hardly be the case with Duesenberg.
If they're so bothered about competition, maybe they should consider offering a better range of V guitars themselves - like a proper '58 reissue instead of the ugly '60s-style ones they make now.
