Same but the thing is they are massively overpriced, along with all Mesa equipment IMO. I'm sure you could get something better for you for half the price

hehe yu lucky boy. o, and yes before someone does point out my hypocrisy - i do own a mesa V-Twin preamp... but i only paid £200 for it! :P
