Here she is, my new Gretsch 6128T-TVP Power Jet. It's mostly stock except for the bridge and dice knobs.

Thanks for the cool replies, everyone.

The controls are quite simple once you get used to them. One of the switches is the pickup selector, the other one is a tone switch. The dice knobs are volume controls for each pickup and the knob in the lower horn is a master volume.

The pickups are TV Jones Powertrons. Great quality pickups. Just like BKP's they push out the notes, you don't have to drag them out. Great sparkling clean tone and better at the heavy stuff than you might think. It's hard to further compare them to BKP's because these pickups are so different from normal single coils, humbuckers and P90's.

The quality of this guitar is top notch. Completely flawless.

It'd be a shame to get rid of those TV Jones pickups, they're very much part of the "look". Rewinds maybe? But they probably don't need it.

Gretsch guitars are beautiful things. Not my cup of tea playing-wise, but if my ship ever comes in I'll buy a few just to look at.
