I just used a stanley blade to cut vertically down the side of the metal, then pushed it back and twisted it together then soldered that onto the back ofthe volume pot.
man, I wish I had thought of doing that before fitting my 2 sets of pups :roll:
Oh well, I guess I'll try it for my next set :twisted:
