Warpig and Thrash
« on: December 07, 2006, 08:25:08 PM »
Recorded this as a quick demo for my band for the guys to learn before it gets arranged properly and they tell me everything they hate! As is very clear the solo is very much a first take affair so the chaps know where it is.

So thought i'd pitch it up here fr opinions.

It's a US strat , maple board with a Warpig in the bridge.

Into a pod on it's default Rectifier setting and into protools with nowt else added.

Sometimes it's be nice of i could actually be arsed to mic up my real life recto...

EDIT: NOW WITH ADDED LINK hehe...

That sounds rather "real" for a emulation. Good job mate!

The drums are BFD.

It's reet good, though that obviously just all cut and paste job, it's capable of some amazingly real grooves.

It's a good program, I'm using DFH myself.
