Heh, it's all good. Congrats on the new guitar then. I have EMGs in my LTD and that guitar has great tone.
I use Warpigs, Nailbombs, Holy Divers, BlackDogs and VHIIs.

Word of warning:

If you do go for all black, be careful with the matt finish because it comes off REALLY easily. My tortex pick can shave it off and they arent exactly the hardest thing in the world. Go for gloss black if you want all black.

Sounds like a cheap but effective way to transform your regular black cover into a battle-worn black cover  :(

I guess that's what they do anyways; sticka knife and slash the damn things. I might do that to mine lol. It just looks a bit tatty having bits of paint chipped off. If it goes wrong I can always ask Tim to take the cover off for me.

Well, I got the Warpig installed today (pics are in the pics thread) and they kick major ass. Thanks to all those who recommended them in the first place. I'm extremely happy with the tone I'm getting from my Caparison now. I think in the future I'll be installed BKPs in all of my guitars!

How can I order Ceramic Warpig?  Do they make a solid black, with out the scratches?

No scratches?

Those are gorgeous! My Warpigs are open-coled and very "plain Jane" looking, but they are the sonic equivilant of a sledgehammer to the head!
BKPs: Miracle Man, Cold Sweat neck, Ceramic Warpig, Mississippi Queens, Holy Divers
