Just picked up a Surf Green Jeff Beck Strat, minus the noiseless pickups

Any suggestions on which set of Bare Knuckles I should put into it ?

Remind me, the bridge pup, is it a h/b or a couple of single coils- I cant remember.

The current model is 3 single coils, however the body is routed for HSH. Must make production easier.

OK then this is a tough one -I have played one of these guitars a while back-massive neck if I recall correctly. I am afraid that I only have great experience of two BKP single sets(see sig below) and have played a Mothers Milk Strat. Not sure about them for Jeff-I am assuming that you play his stuff. Well the noiseless pups AFAIK are not that high output so I guess I would say the predictable Apache as they are great all rounders and classic Strat tone. Perhaps Elliott can make a suggestion-he usually comes up with some good stuff.

I might see my brother today-he has a Strat with the noiseless pups in it-I will take my Apache Strat and see what they sound like alongside one another.

As Becks tone is all in the fingers and the way he uses the trem/vol pots its a difficult call. If I had to guess then it would be the slowhands.

If you want the most versatility, then with the big rosewood neck I think the Mother's Milk are the way to go, however for a Jeff Beck tone, I would add a vote for the Slowhands too.

I had a set of Irish Tours going spare in the house so i've fited them as a start. Initial feelings are they aren't as clear as I expected, so you could be right about a lower output pickups being the right way to go

Tried a head to head with my Brothers Strat with the noiseless pickups( not that they are a yardstick but if they were what was originally fitted, as good a yardstick as any). The Apaches sounded way way better-much more bite, warmth and clarity.My Brother noticed it immediately-we used identical amp settings. His Strat has a maple board, mine Rosewood. Mine is a hardtail though so that may account for a bit more of everything I don't know. Unfortunately I didn't have enough room in the car today to take the Slowhand equipped Strat. Not much of a conclusion I know-whilst I can see where Phil & 5F6-A are coming from and have great respect for their knowledge but I don't think there is a lot in it. Incidentally, the noiseless pickups were indeed noiseless however the Apaches are not that noisy-certainly not an issue.
