Slowhand vs. Irish tour

Hey I was just wondering what you all would say the difference between the Irish tour pickups and the Slowhand pickups is? I play blues rock and classic rock and was wondering if anyone would recomend any other types of pickups?

Hi. I have the slow hand neck and middle in my strat. Clean they are very warm and natural, not really a twangy (SRV style) tone, but rather fuller sounding. Overdriven they have to my ears a round, low mid based tone which sings and has great sustain.

The IT's are brighter and more like a Texas Special, twangy and more cutting without being harsh.

I dont think you would go wrong with either, but maybe the IT's are a little more versatile?
