i hate the Other New Song. its pure cr@p, worse than St.Anger.

The New Song however is very good...... i LOVE the opening riff!  :twisted:

Jurys out for me till the actual album arrives. Personally, I don't think Metallica ever recovered from Cliff Burton's tragic and untimely death.  They are however still an amazing live act, reagrdless of what might have been laid down on records of late.

Even though I basically hated Load and everything that has come since, I still wait for each new release with the hope that they will put to one side their image concious commerciality and regain some of the _quality_ of their early career.

Until then, I'd just like to say that I was right all along and AC/DC are the greatest :)

I found it to be monotonous droning cr@p with some token fast bits to try and convince us they still have it. The punk song isn even worth comment.
