Yes new job sat here answering phone calls from random strangers trying to sell them contract phones.

Its boring but its gonna get me more BKPS so its more than worth it :D

^  :lol: just what i was thinking  :twisted:

i had to work in a pub sticking up skittles to get money for my Warpig, but it was worth it!
the pub was the only place in a 5 mile radius (and i can't drive yet  :roll: ) and that was the only work they had. 2 hours of putting wooden things up on spots while old men cheer and yell. haha, once, someone got a strike, and they all started singing this at the same time:
WHO LET THE DOGS OUT... WHO! WHO! WHO! WHO!
and that was about 12 drunk old men...... i pissed myself laughing!

Well my comical event of the day was 4 phone calls in a row from asian customers all being pretty much

ME: Hello CSS Mobiles,
Customer: Urdu speak please, no english
ME: sorry i only speak english
Customer: Urdu speak..........................CLICK

i'm not intending to sound in any way racist either!  but it makes an interesting turnaround from when any of us usually call a call centre!

that is very true.

My friend is thinking of getting a contract from the company as hell get to speak to someone english and get problems sorted.

And played a tape with typical waiting music for a couple of minutes. Then he said:"Are you still there? One more moment please." Played the tape again for a few minutes and then disconnected.

haha we arent allowed to give the managers name out over the phone as he is only available by email and this one customer was kicking off and wanted a name so he could come into the main store and speak to him.

the lady working next to me just told him

"the managers name is bryan adams goodbye enjoy your day"
