Irish Tour users - can the neck one sound like this?
« on: May 14, 2007, 09:01:04 PM »
Still deciding on a neck singlecoil for my strat and Tim recommended Irish Tour. I really like the tone I get from my Charvels neck + middle singlecoils, which are Jackson J-100s. I cant find these for sale anywhere, so I'll probably get a Bareknuckle instead if it can get the same sound.

Anyway, heres a clip of the J-100 neck in my Charvel (first bit is with the tone rolled down a bit for a smoother sound, then I put it to full for the twangier sound) -

Will a neck Irish Tour give the same kind of tone?

Thanks :)

Tim recommended slow hands for my charvel clone (Legra).
