Warpig coil confusion
« on: June 01, 2007, 03:10:44 PM »
I'm shortly going to be putting my Warpigs into a new guitar, and I've realised I don't know which way round they're supposed to go in terms of which coil is which - the problem is identifying which is the 'screw' coil, and which is the 'slug', as the Warpig has screws through both coils. Is there a simple way of telling that I've missed, or does it not make any difference?

Edit: Don't know if it makes a difference, but my 'Pigs are open poled.

I'd be very grateful if someone could help me out on this, as I really don't want to mess it up.

Cheers,
Si
