Lo pro Edge Intonation Key in UK/Europe?

I'm wondering how on earth its possible to setup intonation on a lo pro edge trem without that impossible to find intonation key?

Also does anyone know where I might find one besides the USA as I really hate buying stuff from the USA as I have been ripped off by them in the past.
