I think those nice guys in Metallica tried to close them down a while ago.

They certainly tried to force them to take down the soundclips :(

Personally I prefer Beatallica (but then I do like Dread Zeppelin too)

if i remember rightly it was Sony that closed them down, the guys in Metallica actually stood up for them, they thought it was pretty cool. and it is!!
