I've heard excellent stories about them helping sustain etc, but I trust you guys reviews over anyone else.

Yeah I have one - it adds a bit more depth and fullness in a good way. Most people watching at a gig wouldnt notice the difference it makes, but if your s Strat tone hound you will notice slightly.

Depending on which trem block you have in your Strat you will notice the difference. I noticed a difference and my strat was already loaded with the standard fatter Fender Trem block as opposed to the thin weedy looking ones.

A good modification - but I didnt pay for mine it was a gift. Not sure if I would shed out that sort of money myself mind. Depends on how much of a tone hound you are...

Guitar experience have got the whole block & bridge as a set for just under £100, which I don't think is that bad to be honest

The difference is minimal if you have a steel block. Allparts make a vintage steel block trem which has the same sound as the callaham. The saddles will make a major difference in your sound. The vintage bent saddles have a ttoally different sound to the cast, which have a different sound to brass, which have a different sound to graphtech.........

I haven't tried titanium saddles, but would assume they have a sound of their own too.

I have a Callaham block in my Strat and I also went with the cryo pickups and electronics. I have a set of titanium saddles, because when I was buying the block, Callaham weren't doing the USA saddles with offset screws. I would agree with the earlier post about people watching you at a gig not noticing much of a difference. If your a tone junky I would say go for it. The titanium saddles are a real improvement as well.

Steve, quick question: do the titanium saddles have stainless screws and springs like the Callahams? I'm assuming they do, but their website isn't very informative.

The screws are with a matte finish to match the saddles, I think the springs are as well.
