MQ / Riff Raffs / Metal Muff / Klipp - Sabbath and Ozzy

As requested by Woogie, here's a couple of quick and dirty clips of my BKPs and my Metal Muff pedal.

First up is my Gordon Smith SG-1, fitted with a bridge Mississippi Queen.  The guitar is on full volume and full tone, though the Metal Muff and into one of my Laney Klipps at living room levels.  I used my 1936 Marshall 2x12 cab fitted with castors and Celestion Vintage 30s.  Amp and cab are running at 16ohms.

This clip is a similar set up, but I'm using my Riff Raff equipped SG and I've tweaked the Metal Muff for a higher gain tone.  Ideally I would have used a Superstrat for this but none of mine have BKPS in them.  Anyway, here's the second clip.  At the end of it, I play a little with the amp alone (clean) then with the Metal Muff on (dirty) and then with the Top Boost of the Metal Muff added (brighter dirty).

Good playing. I don't think I need a distortion pedal anymore though as I think Tom has made me jump on the GH wagon!! Still weighing up my options though.

Fair do's matey!

I really like the MQ/Sabbath tone.  I couldn't get it recorded as well as it sounds in the room as I only have a vocal condensor mic.  I need an SM-57.
