GAS! Warmoth guitar finished....

Rather than post 1600x1200 pictures in this thread, you can see them all here: http://creationoffrank.blogspot.com

The guitar is fitted with a set of Apaches, and sounds absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the warmoth products - I'm delighted with the guitar.

Cheers,
Jordan.

Jordan, that's is beautiful! Iwas thinking of that finish myself when I end up getting a body from them!

Cheers,

The finish is inspired by the first Joe Perry Les Paul signature that came out years ago - it was the first time I'd seen a "blackburst", and always wanted one of my own ;-)

Have you upgraded this guitar so much that's actually a whole new one?  Looks good like.  Love the colour of the body.

Erm yeah, the only thing that exists from the original guitar is the pots and dials :-)

Christ almighty, that looks GORGEOUS! I especially liked the addition of the 2 extra trem springs to tighten it all up.

Good fun?

Yeah, I've had a blast piecing it together over the past year or so.
The trem springs/flush claw made a good difference, but now that it's a hardtail, I don't have to worry about that anymore!

Exactly, I'm a big fan of hardtails on Strat-types also... muchos easier.
