Amp making funny noises:

Basically, this sound comes and goes - And no it's not an effect...

the amp is a Vox AD30VT:

Could be the power stage going (gone) - I had a similar sound on a Mosfet awhile back.

It also sound like what happens when a Digitial/Analogue converter goes wrong - does such a thing happen on an ADVT?

What ever, the Amp needs to go to the bin or Korg by the sound of it.

It'll probably be chucked - Since any repair will probably cost more than the price of the amp =/
