original case SHOULD be protector. But that may just be for the upper end Gibsons of the time. so I don't know though. I missed the 80s anyway, born in 1990 lol
You're sure you want rid of it?

what the hell is that thing. the case says gibson. brown outside, most of them are black now. i can tell the case is real old. might not be original, but definitely an old gibson case. but i don't know, i might not get rid of it. maybe it'll be worth something someday.

and yeah i was born in 90 too.

tis Gibsons uber strong case. it was marketed as being able to float in water!
well, if you want to sell it eventually just let me know!
am a bit short of cash at the moment, working my arse off for a feline LP :D, then I have to retake driving test

£600 posted GBP and the ebay auction is for $1099 USD
bear in mind the modifications on mine though, don't know if that increases or decreases.
from my perspective they both work out as £600 to get to the UK anyway

yeah i bought mine for $750 shipped. comparitively it was a good deal compared to the other gibson les pauls out there. most of them are more around $800 unless you want a plain black finish or something.
