BKP do humbucker-sized P90s, same specs as the regular P90s I believe - take a look in the gallery forum.

A set you might want to try is a Warpig bridge and Mississippi Queen neck.  I was talking to Tim about this for my Explorer.  The Mississippi Queen is a HB sized P-90, and it sounds great.  Also it has a lot less hum than the regular P-90's (I guess the cover is working like a Faraday box).

I have a few guitars with BKP's and you are welcome to try them too.  At the moment I am waiting for a lot of mine to arrive from England, so I don't have the MM or Mississippi Queen guitars.

One of the most surprising things about the Warpig is that they are beautifull when clean. I posted a clip of it playing Stray Cat Strut. Jazz players love the Warpig. :?  :twisted:

would the Mississippi queen sound better with a warpig or nailbomb?
like if i put the guitar selector in the middle for both pups to activate

The mississippi queen would probably sound better with the Nailbomb as they are both wound with plain enameled wire.

the warpigs could easily melt the epoxy right out of an 81,but i will tell ya,warpigs are tight!Very versitile ,and they really arn't that dirty.Ive heard other pickups that have lower dc,like 15,and sound dirtyier and way more gainey .piggys have a real tight focused sound.The tone that also comes with the warpig is pure,direct from your guitar.there is no masking with the warpig,and the harmonics are flawlessly super!

Considering what a beast the Warpig is, it actually seems surprisingly versatile too, though I worry that it's output might be too much (blasphemy, I know ;)) ....  But I'm really interested to hear more of the new models coming out.  Don't suppose that the manufacturer would like to leak any hints about the Abraxas?  :D
