Rebel Yell - Elmwood Modena Amp

I really love the sound of Elmwood Modena amps. This is a clip by Todd Duane using a Les Paul with a Rebel Yell in the bridge position.

Is dark and smooth but at the same time well defined, those attributes don't come together often.

Nice. It really brings out the growl in the Rebels (that I like so much).

Yep - if you look at his review on Harmony Central for the Modena he states:-

"Some amps I've owned: Bogner Fish (3 or 4), 100b, Uberschall (3),Marshall's, Mesa/Boogie Trip/Dual and Single Recto's, IIC+'s,Triaxis,Soldano HR50, SLO100 (2), Matchless, Dr Z, BadCat, Cameron Modded (2), Cornford, Egnator,Jose Modded Marshall,VHT, Mad Professor, etc. " :o

The Modena must have something going for it to be judged in such illustrious company. :)
