Hi,
Been playing my new Holy Diver pickups to death the past week since i got them. Just recorded a little improvised demo of them.
Les Paul into Vox Tonelab into recording studio.

My LP was always a bright sounding guitar but with the HD's the tone is warm and full. Very dynamic pickups,sound great clean and are wicked for blues/rock.

The demo is just a jumble of riffs and licks. Cheers.

Sounds massive steve :D I'd like to hear the tonelab with the same model just less gain and bass for a more vintagey rock sound - I definitely need a half decent modeller for using at uni through headphones and computer speakers and the tonelab sounds the best so far 8)

Sounds really chunky, that's what I nearly went with for my Explorer. I need another guitar so I can have some Holy Divers :lol:

They remind me of that DiMarzio Super Distortion kind of tone - big and fat. Bet you could nail Maiden tones with that rig.

Wow I liked that one- ranked up the pc speakers (which are awful-must get some decent speakers!) .Huge sound there Steve and, as always, lovely playing.
