Personally WFD, I'd think you'd be insane to trade.

If you want an LP then there are plenty you can get, but those M2s aren't built anymore and they're some of the best guitars to play that you can get...
My last FM.
ESP Horizon NTII.
ESP Viper Camo.
ENGL Screamer.

I don't know what it is about LPs, I've always hated the way they look. They feel horribly unbalanced to play when you're a superstrat junkie like me too, but that's probably more because I'm massively biased against the way they look.

Take that one that was posted: Stupid scratchplate, tone selector in a horrible position, not enough frets, a serious case of "dude, where's my whammy bar?" and too many bloody knobs!

But to each his own, and I certainly wouldn't say it's not a great guitar to play - just not for me :)

And don't even get me started on Telecasters... :D

Clearly *both* the tone and also the good-lookingness of guitars are subjective things. Pretty much everyone here will disagree with me about the above, but that's all part of having the right to your own opinions :)

PS LPs just don't look "hard" enough for your music, WFD. The ESP has more of the right character ;)
