Right now, I can't stop watching one of my all-time favourite guitarists from my all-time favourite band demonstrating some songs/riffs:
Bonded by blood (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=YkgiDdJmW7Y)
And then there were none (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=XsvtjlQAnDk)
No love (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=kjai__RIDb8)
Piranha (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=9RBL1wM-gJY)
Fabulous disaster (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=aVqrO41Fi68)
Toxic waltz (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7j6JcrfZgJI)
Funeral hymn (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=N7RZx7aj9vU)
Children of a worthless god (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=i_Dx1E5Q88o)

My favourite is this clip of Frank Gambale playing "Frankly Speaking", unfortunately the sound and video are completely off but the playing and tone is so good that I try not to let it bother me.

On the clips shown it's Cozy Powell on drums and Paul Raymond on keys/2nd guitar)
They have been allowed to tour with the Scorpions again - lets hope Michael more than makes up for last years disgraceful showing (Uli Roth will be playing as well)

i'll definately go to a show this time, i want to see uli.
i notice the MSG/Sky of Avalon/Scorpion's shows are mostly just in the UK... Do you think this is a pay back to English fans after the previous disasterous tour?

I do hope so - the MSG band lineup is good - please let Michael be on form and focussed
Looking forward to that one

This thread is missing some quirkiness.............

He doesn't seem to be playing lead as much as he used to a few years ago - I can't find a clip of him doing any lead work... :( And he used to play this battered white strat and make it do things like SRV did, and his gigs made me feel like Rory Gallagher's used to...
Anyway seeing as this is a "guitar clips thread", I shall restrict myself to just these two - the first one shows what a monster he is on the guitar as well as his voice (for which he seems to get the most plaudits nowadays). The second one shows what his full band is like, but not a solo in sight
National, Tele, Strat, a Hammond, and a bloke that can sing like the Wolf - what more can you want?
Ian Siegal - Mary Don't You Weep (http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=fWM7GFbk2t4)
Ian Siegal - Falling On Down Again (http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=V_wY3SzShmI)
If you like the blues, and he ever plays near you, go and see him... (beware tho - if your missus likes "sleazy", she will be staring at him all night like the wimin in the second clip!)

The guy can play the blues!
EDIT: Listen a bunch of his songs on youtube! VERY NICE!

Glen Hughes singed way better than Coverdale... Should be a cr@p to have a bass player singing better than you when you're the lead singer
-
I thought that lineup with both Coverdale and Hughes on vocals was awesome - shame it didn't last longer.

The JSS clips are good! ^
I've just found this Shakira and Danzig 'duet', not exactly a guitar clip but both of them have been know to strum a bit now and again. Enjoy : http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHv3qO_Y8kk&feature=related (http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHv3qO_Y8kk&feature=related)
