Yummy, Mustang-fever here. I hope the bridge doesn't mess up the tuningstability.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

I really tried to get away from them, though that maybe the initial GAS was just that, initial, but I just really, really like those Starcasters.
Just seems right somehow.

I dunno what the street price is, but I assume I have no chance in hell of affording it any time soon.  Especially cause I got so much else I wanne get first...baritone semihollow, custom Feline LP, strat, etc...cr@p. xD
BKPs in use: 10th set / RY set / Holy Diver b, Emerald n / Crawler bridge, Slowhand mid MQ neck/ Manhattan n
On the sidelines: Stockholm b / Suppermassive n, Mule n, AM set, IT mid

Interestingly, Warmoth have also recently announced that they will be making Starcaster-like bodies. While I like the overall idea of this guitar, I think the Fender headstocks look pretty horrible and would rather go with something like the Warmoth 3+3.

One of the new "Mooncaster" bodies appeared in the Warmoth showcase for the first time last night.  Looked good, maple on mahogany, sunburst finish.  It's sold already, despite being about $760 (if I remember right!)

If you wanted a 3+3 in this size and style, wouldn't you just buy an Epiphone 339?

They could, but I guess they might want a bolt-on neck, or a maple fingerboard, or a choice of neck shapes.... or something.  :D
