Just when I thought I was in remission from GAS...

I wanna Starcaster!  Don't care what it sounds like or plays like, it's just so cool to look at!
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds

Interestingly, Warmoth have also recently announced that they will be making Starcaster-like bodies. While I like the overall idea of this guitar, I think the Fender headstocks look pretty horrible and would rather go with something like the Warmoth 3+3.

I think the headstock on the Starcaster rather suits the body shape - it's got a nice and quirky aesthetic. Right up my street. If only I had money!
I think I hate being indecisive.

Blimey, I feel embarrassed not to have known that!  Is it on their website?

They have been revamping their line recently, since it seems they've been forced to drop all the Gibson shapes.

I'm with you on this. I like everything about the Starcaster but I can't justify getting one I think. Or can I?

I think it looks brilliant, but I'm not so sure I'd enjoy the playing experience, it might have too many annoying quirks.  it probably is a case where I won't give in to GAS and I'll be happy to just see them around the place occasionally.

Not on the website, but this thread was posted by a Warmoth employee on the "unofficial" forum.

Yes - I like that too. Shame I haven't got any money to spend on it though.
