I like the BOC vibe, and the verse parts have some cool organ like guitar sounds. The vocalist is really good, and the lyrics are original and intriguing. The mixing is decent and the effects used are effective in creating a nice laid back, but moving atmosphere.
On the other hand, there's something about the guitar tone that just isn't to my liking. Its a bit thin and compressed I suppose. Plus, the playing during the distorted parts sounds somewhat out of time and detracts from the riff. There's one part at the tail of the main riff where I can hear you should be playing like a trill but instead you just double pick it. It sort of adds an extra beat which isn't supposed to be there. Maybe it's your playing style, but what can I say man, it annoys me. lol
Personally, I'd like to hear you double track the guitars. Even though its more of a 70's, Zeppelin type song, double tracked guitars could tighten the whole thing up and give it more personality. Finally, the drums and bass sound a bit out of time with each other during the verses. This could be due to the bass having too much attack and not enough deepness, making it stand out.
Sorry for the overwhelming criticism. Rock on! \m/
