Very likely that it will, but it all depends on how much clearance you have between the trem block and the cover when you're bar is pulled back. If you have almost enough clearance for 32mm, but not quite, you may be able to round out the back corner of the new black as that is the part that would be hitting the cover. You probably won't have to do this, but it's an option. Just measure some more things and see.
