I have good experiences with them. Never mailed them though.
Actually I used their extended Lightning board for my first self built amp. Then I found out that it did not line up well with the tube sockets in the chassis. I then changed the board to one where I layouted the turret positions myself. The turretboard board now lives in another amp.
Your amp looks very clean.
