BKP equivalent to Suhr SSV neck?

Does anyone know what the closest Bare Knuckle pickup to a Suhr SSV neck pickup is?  The Suhr SSV neck is pretty much my favorite among the half-dozen or so that I've tried in a Mayones Regius.

I don't know what kind of wire the Suhr uses so the DCR doesn't mean so much, but it's Alnico 5 and the ones I've had all measure very close to 7.35 kOhm.  It feels very much halfway between vintage and modern, it's very throaty, woody, and "soulful" whereas the Holydiver neck, for instance, is more strident and "clinical.". The Holydiver neck has a slight jangle to it, whereas the SSV is more of a classic humbucker sound.  The Emerald or True Grit necks sound fairly different, too.

Edit: I found a post somewhere that says that the SSV uses PE wire (polyethylene), but I don't know the gauge.

I'd say Mule, but leaning towards the VHII

Yeah I was thinking possibly VHII or maybe the Black Dog as low/medium output A5 neck humbuckers.  There's the Riff Raff also, but my impression of that is that it's kind of a lower output Holydiver neck, which is too bright/jangly.  I'm not sure if there's something from the Contemporary range that might be close as well.  Silo neck perhaps?

Well, I went ahead and bought a VHII neck pickup because I'm a bit crazy.  You can read more about it in my thread about the Mayones Regius, but I really like it.  It's fairly similar to a Suhr SSV, but definitely not equivalent.  I'd say that it has less sting and is perhaps a tad smoother/warmer.  However, it has more "juice" and fluidity and is a little higher output.

As the Suhr SSV is marketed as a PAF pickup I would guess that the wire is coated with plain enamel as that was used on the PAFs. You can identify this by looking at the wire through the small hole in the bobbin. Plain enamel coating has a dark maroon color whereas polysol coating is more copper/reddish.

VH II neck is fairly high output for a PAF type pickup (by "PAF type pickup" I mean anything wound with 42 awg plain enamel coated wire with a DC resistance from slightly below 7k up to slightly above 9k).

Well the Suhr is somewhat high output for a PAF as well; I don't think that it's really supposed to be a true PAF, more of a modernized PAF.  The more "true PAF" offerings from Suhr are the Thornbuckers and Asatobuckers.  Never having tried the Black Dog, I think that might perhaps be closer to the Suhr SSV, but obviously I'm not sure. 

I agree that the VHII is fairly high output, it actually seems higher output than the True Grit neck that I had in there, for instance.  It feels a bit more PAF-like than the True Grit neck to me though, and yet more fluid under high gain.  It seems like a great pickup so far!
